2. Establish organizational and programmatic alignment with GHF’s Priorities

3. Submit an electronic Letter of Intent (LOI) by the deadline (See FAQs for process)
Create an account in our secure system in order to begin your LOI.
NOTE: Your Information Will Remain Confidential. Georgetown Health Foundation’s Board of Directors and Staff have an ongoing obligation concerning confidential matters and are committed to conducting all business activities in an ethical fashion. We consider all materials submitted to us through our grantmaking processes as confidential, and pledge to organizations that seek our funding that their information will NOT be shared with any outside entity.
4. Notification/Invitation
Following submission of the Letter of Intent (LOI) and its required attachments, nonprofit organizations will either be invited to submit a full grant application, OR will receive notification that their process has concluded for the grant cycle.

Grant Applicants
Applicants who receive an invitation following the Letter of Intent (LOI) process will be asked to complete a full application.
Process Following Application Submission
Once we arrive at the application deadline, Georgetown Health Foundation will carefully review each proposal.
Once the review of all applications is complete, GHF Staff will notify all applicants of their funding status. If a grant award is given, the funded amount will be provided, as well as the next steps of the process.
