Ashlie Koenig Holladay has more than 25 years of experience in accounting and finance. The past 18 years she has served the community in a budget capacity. In 2009, the Williamson County Commissioners Court created a budget office and appointed Ashlie as Budget Officer in Williamson County. Under her leadership the Williamson County Budget Office has been nationally recognized by the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA), receiving the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award for more than eight consecutive years. The Budget Office continues to successfully promote transparency in government and fiscal responsibility.
Ashlie is a graduate of Southwest Texas State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a major in management. Ashlie is an entrepreneur and has been a small business owner locally since 1996.
Ashlie has resided in Williamson County more than 30 years with her two children, Karly and Coby, who attend Texas State University and Georgetown High School. Ashlie has served as treasurer for the Georgetown Volleyball Booster Club and GISD Golf Booster Club and continues to provide support to numerous other community organizations. Ashlie has served on various countywide committees including Fleet, Public Assistance and Capital Improvement. She continues to actively participate in her community to better serve Williamson County.
