Rodney Morales is a community banker specializing in commercial and real estate loan originations, portfolio management, financial analysis, and bank operations management. Rodney is currently the Sr. Vice President of Horizon Bank in Salado, Texas.

Rodney is a community volunteer and leader. He is currently a member of the Georgetown Rotary Club.  He has previously served as the Chairman of the San Gabriel District Boy Scouts, a Boy Scout Master and Assistant Scout Master, a member of the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce, a committee member for Alzheimer’s of Texas, and a Board Member of CASA of Williamson County

Rodney received his bachelor’s degree from Southwest Texas State University and completed the Graduate School of Banking program at LSU.  He also completed the Leadership Georgetown program.

Honors and Awards received by Rodney include the District Award of Merit from the Boys Scouts of America, San Gabriel District, Capital Area Council and the Paul Harris Fellow awarded by the Rotary International Foundation.
